  1. The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device.
  2. The App may be used by both private individuals and business customers.

3. Note Creation

  1. Creating notes requires a paid license. These fees are charged through the App Store.

4. Note Editing

  1. Editing notes is available only to paying customers. Free users can only view notes.

5. Integration with Nextcloud

  1. Integrating with Nextcloud is a premium feature and requires a paid license.

6. Data Protection

  1. The Provider collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
  2. The application may use cookies and similar technologies. By using the application, you consent to the use of such technologies.

7. Disclaimer

  1. The application is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
  2. The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the application.

8. Changes and Termination

  1. The Provider reserves the right to change or discontinue the app or parts thereof at any time.
  2. You may uninstall and stop using the application at any time.

9. Miscellaneous

  1. These GTC are subject to German law.
  2. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider.
